Pre-heat the oven per the instructions on the back of the cake box (Usually 350F).
In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the Lemon Cake Mix and the Can of Lemon Pie Filling.
Grease a mini cupcake container and fill each cupcake spot 3/4s of the way full.
Place the muffins in the oven and bake per the instructions on the cake box (about 10 minutes).
Allow the muffins to cool for 2-5 minutes before taking them out of the muffin tin and cooling for an additional 5-10 minutes.
OPTIONAL: Lighty sprinkle powdered sugar over the muffins.
Store the muffins in the fridge.
